Move Workspaces
Clients will be able to use this Orchestrator to move workspaces to a different library in iManage. This will commonly be used for Archiving purposes to move a workspace from a ‘Live’ library to an ‘Archive’ library.
This will help clients maintain their retention policies and reduce the amount of data stored in their Live libraries to help enhance their iManage search experience.
Either specific iManage workspace id’s can be provided or a search query using workspace/custom field data can be used to trigger the move of workspaces.
