Overview
This is a major version release including development of new Orchestrator style functions and wider functionality. The key theme for this update is providing granularity in the Job Files and creating a wide scope of functionality across iManage.
Granular Job Files
Currently we have a ‘Workspace Automate’ product that allows for Workspace creation and updates to be carries out across the iManage DMS all via a single job file. The Administrate release is designed to cover a vast array of functionality across smaller Job Files.
This will enable simpler and easier configuration of specific functionality for our clients.
Upsert Workspace
This Orchestrator covers the majority of functionality previously provided under our Workspace Automate product. The will enable firms to create and update workspaces in iManage, align the workspaces to iManage Templates including creating/updating the folder structures, create and update metadata, set default security and Access Control Lists for the workspace.
This is key functionality for firms looking to sync their upstream process such as case opening to their iManage DMS.
Purge Workspace
This Orchestrator allows you to target workspaces for deletion. You can pass in either specific workspace ID’s or an iManage search query and delete the entire workspace. This will enable firms to automate their deletion policies.
This is key functionality for firms looking to maintain compliance with key mandates such as GDPR and also reduce their storage utilisation.

Configure User Workspace Shortcuts
This Orchestrator will enable you to configure workspace shortcuts for users and groups across My Matters and My Favourites in iManage
Configuration Security
This Orchestrator will allow you to apply and remove restrictions to/from Workspaces, Folders and
Documents based on input data.
This will allow firms to set default security and Access Control Lists at all levels of the workspace structure.
SQL Exporting
New functionality compared to our previous offerings to enable reporting to a SQL database. This
provides additional benefits for error reporting and information processing.
This also allows you to connect third party tools that can read data from SQL Databases
providing a more streamlined and automated workflow when using/connecting multiple
systems.
