Feature Overview
Introduces a reusable Search Query component that allows users to define custom criteria (e.g. Custom 1 = X AND Custom 2 = Y) to retrieve matching workspaces within iManage.
The component supports both operational safety checks and analytical use cases by returning a validated, query‑based workspace lists.
Key Objective
The goal is to reduce operational risk and improve user confidence when performing critical actions like moving or deleting records. By validating conditions upfront, we minimise errors and avoid unintended data loss.
Core Benefits

Pre‑flight validation ensures Move and Delete components only act on explicitly defined, query‑matched workspaces, reducing the risk of unintended data changes.
✅ Improved workspace reporting
The same query logic can be reused to support reporting and analysis, creating consistency between operational actions and insights.
