Prerequisites

Administrate is a client-hosted product and requires hosting on a server. The following prerequisites will need to be applied to support this product.

Hosting Server & Configuration

This can be dedicated or shared, but the resources available should be adjusted accordingly if running on a shared server (depending on the load of that server).

If using more than one instance of the product it is recommended to have full environment segregation, which typically means only one instance of the software on one host server.

iManage Configuration

This product will need to connect to an iManage instance to perform the deletion operation.

A virtual account will need to be created with NRTADMIN membership in the appropriate library in which workspaces need to be synchronised. This will enable the application to authenticate with iManage during background operations. The credentials for this account will need to be shared securely with Tiger Eye upon commencement of the deployment.

Network Configuration

This product requires access to certain external services as part of its execution. These will need to be configured to be accessible from your host server.

Software Dependencies

This product depends on the following software packages being installed on the host machine.
